Imperial India Pale Ale #500

Apperance: A clouded dark amber beer with an off-white head leaving good lacing and curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is earthy, dust, some honey sweetness, but mainly hoppy grassy tones. (4)
Taste: The taste is initially sweet, toffee and caramel, then some porridge with honey, bitter oranges, a sherry nuance, and of course an abundance of hops! (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and dry. (4.5)
Overall: A really, really nice DIPA. (4.5)
