Centennial Single Hop IPA

Apperance: The beer is clear and has a dark amber tone, an off-white head leaving good lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell has a whiff of toffee, but mainly grape-fruit, pine and resin. (4)
Taste: The smell has a sweet caramel start, fresh bread, grape-fruit juice, then a seed and peel bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft and round body, with a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really nice, well-balanced, clean and good american IPA. (4.5)
