Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple and nuts. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting bread, orange marmalade and Christmas plum pudding. (3.75)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: Smooth, and suiting to Christmas food. (3.75)
