Apperance: The beer is dark brown (clouded probably), almost black, pours with a small beige head leaving little lacing. And some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is dominated by heavily roasted aromas, coffee, bitter chocolate and some vanilla. (4)
Taste: The taste is deep, sweet brown sugar and with strong chocolate, burnt toast. (3.5)
Palate: Very low carbonation, soft but with a dry almost coarse finish.. (3.5)
Overall: A complex beer, but with rather small body. (3.5)
