Aroma: Smelling of old bread, apples, nuts and hay. (4)
Taste: Tasting porridge, dates, orange marmalade, sherry and hay. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: Matured well. (4)
