Bangalore Twice

Apperance: The beer is clouded dark amber with an off-white head that leavs lots of lacing. Curtains are there as well. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is bread, some cheese (the yeast probably), the grape-fruit and resin. (4)
Taste: The taste starts sweet, vinous, the dried fruits, oranges, ananas, then grape-fruit, juice and peel. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a big body. (4)
Overall: A good first DIPA from Hedemora. Possibly a bit on the sweet side. (4)
