Hoppy Chinook

Apperance: The beer is clear brass colored, a white head that leaves lots of lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is initially sweet, then it explodes in lemon, grape-fruit, lime and pine needles. (4.5)
Taste: Upfront a sweet toffee taste, digestive biscuits, lemon curd, grape-fruit peel. A good bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and easy body, a dry finish that stays. (4)
Overall: A really well use of the Chinook hops, they are very present in smell and taste. (4.5)
