Apperance: The beer is clouded orange amber with a tint of brown, the head is off-white settles slowly, and leaves lots of lacing! (4) Aroma: The smell has a hint of sweet toffee, and an abundance of citric notes, lime, grape-fruit, and floral ingredients, pine and resin. (4.5) Taste: Some caramel, toffee and butter-scotch upfront. Then the citric rape-fruit aromas that quickly passes to much grassy bitterness, nettles and lemon peel. The high ABV is not felt. (5) Palate: Medium low carbonation, a smooth and rich body, a very long dry feeling afterwards. (4.5) Overall: To me this was an extremely good DIPA, well-balanced and optimized for my taste. (4.5)
