Apperance: The beer is clear amber, with a white head that settles rather quickly, but leaves good lacing. (4)
Aroma: Sweet fruity smell, pears, brambles and some grass. (4)
Taste: Upfront tasting sweet, toffee, brown sugar, fresh fruits, apples, pears, and a nice bitter finish. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, very refreshing and a good dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: To me this is a very well done beer. Right up my street. (4)
