Apperance: The color is clear warm golden, the head is white and leaves lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is bread and corn flakes, green apples, and some dried grass. (2.5)
Taste: Upfront a pure white bread sweetness, a pear acidity, finishing of white an alkaloid bitterness. (3)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, somewhat slippery body, but with a short dry finish. (3)
Overall: Very much an average oktoberfest beer, lacks a bit in both malt and hops. (3)
