Apperance: The color is dark amber, a nice hazy tone, an off-white head that leaves some lacing and good curtains. (4) Aroma: The aromas are sweet, somewhat citric but mainly floral, pine, resin and wet grass. (4) Taste: The taste delivers initially a deep toffee and brown bread sweetness, then citric flavors, lemon and bitter orange, and of course lots of bitterness that stays around. (4) Palate: Medium carbonation, soft, a good body and a good dry finish. (4) Overall: A nice IPA, somewhere between the British and American variants. (4)
