Apperance: A clear amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, cardamom and yeast. (3)
Taste: Tasting sweet, bread, cardamom, licorice and some alcohol. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3)
Overall: Promising, but very young. (3.5)
