Apperance: The beer is golden brass, somewhat hazy, a white small head, leaving nice curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is distinctly American hops, centennial, fruity grassy, bitter oranges and grape-fruit. (4)
Taste: Upfront a slight toffee flavor, good somewhat spicy acidity, and a lot of bitterness. (4.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, refreshing and smooth, but with a dry finish. (4)
Overall: A really nice American Wheat - which is normally not my favorite style. But this was more hoppy and crisp. (4)
