Bötet Barley Wine

Apperance: A dark amber colored beer. A high off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is caramel and toffee, toast. Sweet dried fruits, figs, dates. (4)
Taste: Tasting sweet brown sugar, honey on toast. A hint of bitter almond. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: Well matured, much caramel int this one. Surprisingly carbonated. (4)
