Apperance: The beer is clear dark golden, with a white head that leaves some lacing. (3.5) Aroma: The smell is mostly citric, fresh lemons, lime and a dash of sweet oranges. (4) Taste: Upfront a caramel sweetness and digestive biscuits from the malt, then a bitter sourness like lemon curd marmalade. The bitterness stays around nicely. (4.5) Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and refreshing going over to a long dryness. (4) Overall: This is really a lager to my liking, god hops giving lots of taste and yet refreshing. (4)
