Apperance: A dark black colored beer. A tan head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, pine and yeast. (3)
Taste: Tasting bread, dates, pine and grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Smooth, balanced, but no adventure. (3.5)
