Apperance: A lemon yellow clouded brew, with a firm white head, leaving little lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet citric, orange and lime, elderberry, spicy, coriander, clove and some nuttiness. (4)
Taste: The taste is rather sweet, lemon pie freshened with rhubarbs, spiciness and a very modest bitterness. (3.5)
Palate: Low carbonation, smooth and fresh. (4)
Overall: A soft and compelling summer drink, went well with seafood barbecue. (4.5)
