Apperance: Very dark, black with some brown hints, the head is beige and leaves good lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is full of dark roasted notes, the malt itself, but also coffee and burnt bread crust. Some faint sweetness like a fig liqueur. (4) Taste: The taste has a milk chocolate sweetness and a dark chocolate bitterness, but a bit flatter than the smell. (3.5) Palate: Medium high carbonation, a rather heavy body but yet a watery feeling that balance it. (4) Overall: Not bad at all, rather much flavor and good balance. (4)
