Gueuze

Apperance: A clear dark yellow/orange beer, a small off-white head. Little lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is sour, milk, vinegar, some whiffs of stable and manure - quite intriguing. (4)
Taste: The taste is unexpected sweet, raw sugar, then mainly sour lemon and some fruity nuances, peach rhubarb. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, rather soft. (3)
Overall: A bit sweeter than my anticipation of a Gueuze - is probably a Faro in disguise. (3)
