Gouden Carolus Tripel

Apperance: A light golden/straw colored clouded brew, a firm white head that leaves some lacing. (4)
Aroma: Earthy smells, stable and leather, sour milk, apricot sweet and fruity. (4)
Taste: Rather sweet, sweet ripe grapes, good bitterness. (4)
Palate: Much carbonation, bubbly and foamy, a warm and oily feeling. (3.5)
Overall: A good, rather well balanced tripel. (4)
