Apperance: A light golden beer, cloudy, a firm white head, leaving nearly no lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is mainly sour, lemon and sour milk, fruity - bananas and pears. Some yeast, (4)
Taste: The taste has a rather clean sweetness, a rhubarb sourness, some alcohol and a good bitter finish. (4)
Palate: High carbonation, almost foamy, complex body, a bit oily. (3.5)
Overall: A good beer, warm and refreshing! (3.5)
