Apperance: A clear amber copper toned beer, an off-white head that leaves good lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is mostly from the malt, sweet porridge and biscuits. A whiff of orange. (3) Taste: The taste is also mostly sweet, brown syrup on white bread, and orange marmalade. The finish is somewhat bitter like orange peel. (3) Palate: Medium high carbonation, a foamy feeling with a dry finish. (3.5) Overall: As many beers from the Boston Beer company a bit too sweet - but not bad. (3.5)
