Wedding Rauch

Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. A low off-white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple and smoke. (3)
Taste: Tasting toffee, bread, sausage and smoked hay. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: I have difficulty with smoked beers. And this is no big exception. Not a bad beer though. (3.5)
