Celebration Fresh Hop IPA

Apperance: A clear amber with a high off-white head leaving good lacing, some curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is abundant citric and floral, grapefruit and hay. (4)
Taste: The beer is dominated by the bitter oils from the hops, balanced with some toffee, bitter oranges and grape-fruit peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a very coarse texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: It is very hoppy, possibly lacking some malt. (4)
