Apperance: A hazy brownish amber colored beer. An off-white head with some lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, pears, nuts, some dust and hay. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting toffee, brown bread, apple marmalade and bitter grass. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A small body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: In all a balanced bitter to sooth your soul. (4)
