Apperance: A dark brown beverage with a ruby red tone, a beige head, leaving some curtains and a few spots as lacing. (3)
Aroma: The smell is sweet, dried fruits, figs, dates and raisins, some alcohol, sherry and yeast. (3)
Taste: The taste is sweet, sweet, sweet, like liquid Christmas pudding. One with a bitter tang at the end, like from raw flour. (2)
Palate: Medium carbonation, soft and like thin maple syrup. (2)
Overall: This is really too sweet, I can't enjoy it even as dessert. Sorry! (2)
