Apperance: A clear brass colored beer. A white head with some lacing and some curtains. (3.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, apple, coriander and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting bread, apple, coriander and hay. (3)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A good body with a slightly dry finish. (3.75)
Overall: Could have been boring without the coriander touch. (3.5)
