Apperance: This beer is a clear amber brew, a thick off-white head leaving quite some lacing. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet caramel, candid sugar, bitter oranges and sour lemons and curdled milk. Some dried grass as well. (4)
Taste: The taste is mostly sweet, toffee and syrup, some orange sourness, bitter aromas - like fruit seeds. (3.5)
Palate: Rather good carbonation, a smooth feeling. (4)
Overall: The sweetness puts this beer out of the thirst-quenching domain, better to go with spiced food or as an appetizer. (3.5)
