Apperance: The beer is clear straw color with a large white head leaving good lacing. (4)
Aroma: There is some pure sugary sweetness in the smell, but also a good measurement of acidity, sour milk and lemon. (3.5)
Taste: The taste is upfront sweet white bread, complemented with citric aromas and a very smalll bitterness at the end. (3)
Palate: Rather high carbonation, a smooth body. (3.5)
Overall: It's quite decent, and the rather high alcohol content does not shine thru. (3.5)
