Apperance: A golden brew, initially clear but with yeast at the bottom of the bottle, an off-white head, compact and leaving some lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is acid, Crème fraîche, green apples, some leathery stable nuances. (3.5) Taste: Some raw sugar sweetness, ripe fruits, and a strong bitter tang that recedes, leaving yeast and fresh buns as a memory. (4) Palate: A lot of carbonation, like a sparkling wine, a warm feeling. (3.5) Overall: Not bad, but the surge of bitterness was a bit to dominant for me, made the experience somewhat unbalanced. But can replace champagne when needed - that's positive. (4)
