Apperance: The color is clear, amber, an off-white thick head with lots of lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: Smell has sweetness, syrup and sherry, some malty molasses and yeast as well. (4)
Taste: The taste is rather sweet, fruits like apricot and banana, some sweet newly baked white bread, the alcohol is noticed. (3.5)
Palate: There is not much carbonation, the fluid is rather soft and smooth. (4)
Overall: The beer is solid and good, very sweet, probably best after food, with a ripe cheese. (3.5)
