Brewer's Reserve No. 3

Apperance: A clear amber colored beer. A explosive off-white head with no lacing and small curtains. (3)
Aroma: Smelling of sour wine, oak and a small whiff of stable. (4)
Taste: Tasting bread, vinegar, lemon and oak. (3.5)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a sticky texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: This was a real explosive one, and probably brett infected. But not in a bad way. (3.5)
