Apperance: A bitch dark beer, a small brown head, some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is smoky, sausage and meat, burnt bread and peas. (3.5)
Taste: Some sweetness, dried fruits and dark bread, but also tasting of smoked stuff, much roasted malt, coffee beans, finish with a good bitterness. (4)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a very dry feeling. (4)
Overall: In all a mighty beer, but maybe a tad too much hops to make it balanced. (3.5)
