Hardcore IPA

Apperance: A clear copper amber beer, with a pale head leaving some lacing. (4.5)
Aroma: The smell is very citric and floral, grapes, pine resin, dried flowers and a whiff of Stilton cheese. (4.5)
Taste: The taste has some sweet, toffee and caramel, then grapefruit seeds, some alcohol and a salty cheese presence. (4)
Palate: The carbonation is medium high, a complex feeling with a harsh finish. (3.5)
Overall: An extremely hoppy beer, so when your in for that this is very right. (4)
