Apperance: A clear chestnut colored beer. An off-white head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of smoke, sausages and ashes. (3)
Taste: Tasting bread, cheese, sausages and smoke. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Very smoky, and I'm not really a fan of Rauchbiers. (2.5)
