Apperance: A hazy chestnut colored beer. A off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, sweet fruits, chocolate and egg. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, sherry, raisins, apricot marmalade and custard (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very nice, good with hard cheeses. (4)
