Imperial Russian Stout - Caol Ila Barrel Aged

Apperance: A pitch black brew with a brown head leaving some lacing but big curtains, (4.5)
Aroma: Smoke, burnt bread, tar, sausages and soy sauce. (4)
Taste: Smoke and peat, brown toast, brown sugar and dark dried fruits, vanilla and oak. Tar and ashes, sausages and beef jerky. (4.5)
Palate: Little carbonation, soft, oily and a huge body. Slightly dry. (4.5)
Overall: A nice whisky infused beer - even better with a splash of Caol Ila 18 YO in it. (4.5)
