Apperance: A very light straw colored and clear beer, a white head leaving some lacing. (3.5)
Aroma: The smell is rather weak, some grains, a bit acidity, vinegar and metallic. (2.5)
Taste: The taste is somewhat sour, lime twist, very little malt, some bitterness, rather pure and unobtrusive. A faint oiliness, like a very mild low-fat cheddar. (2.5)
Palate: Rather high carbonation, a light body, a somewhat dry finish. (3)
Overall: Ecologic or not, a very standard euro pale lager. Not really my cup of tea, best usage is on a warm summer day or in a hot sauna. (2.5)
