Apperance: Amber and slightly hazy, an off-white high head that recedes slowly leaving lots of lace. (4.5) Aroma: The smell is very floral and citric, pine and grape-fruit. Some wet grass and leather. (4.5) Taste: The taste is, no surprise, mostly in the bitter corner. The various hops dominates the taste, fruit seeds. A hint of biscuit with lemon curd. But a long lasting bitterness from the hop oils. (3.5) Palate: Rather high carbonation, fizzy and coarse. A dry finish, but starting quite refreshing especially wrt the rather high ABV percentage. (4) Overall: I like hops, but here they seem a bit to offensive and immature, ideally for me they should be accompanied with some more malt. (4)
