Apperance: The beer is clear copper with an off-white head that leaves good lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is american hops, grape-fruit, pine and flowers. Sweet tones, dried apricot, raisin. A hint of ocean (salt). (4) Taste: The taste is well-balanced, not too sweet, rather pury candid sugar, some biscuit, bitter grape-fruit peel. (4.5) Palate: A medium carbonation, a bit tingly. A dry feeling, despite an initial oily feeling. (4) Overall: This beer is not specific "Easterly" in the way I'm used to (a sweeter spicer brew), more a standard well done APA. Nice and relaxing. (4)
