Apperance: A clouded brown colored beer. A tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (3.75)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, sour fruits, old cheese and yeast. (4)
Flavor: Tasting of brown bread, bitter green grapes, almond and apple peel. (3)
Palate: Medium carbonation, small bubbles, a coarse texture. A medium body with a long dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A bit rough. Should maybe sit a few months. (3.5)
