Modest IPA

Apperance: A clouded amber colored beer. An off-white head with some lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of bread, orange, fruits, pine, soap and yeast. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting sweet toffee, brown bread, bitter orange marmalade and orange peel. (3.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A good body with a long dry finish. (4)
Overall: Fresh, fruity, a nice body and a long dry bitterness. (4)

Bottle 330 ml at Hjulsbro Hembryggeri. Much more composed than just three days ago.
