Apperance: A copper-toned amber colored beer, an off-white head that leaves good lacing. (4) Aroma: The smell is sweet, dried fruits, citric, grapefruit, floral, pine. (4.5) Taste: Tasting some sweetness and acidity upfront, but is mainly dominated by the bitter hops. Toffee, dried bitter oranges, shortbread and grapefruit peel. (4) Palate: Medium to high carbonation, a good body and a very dry finish. (4) Overall: A well done American IPA, with the hops dominating as they should. Something to sip extendedly. (4.5)
