Oude Geuze

Apperance: A clouded straw colored brew. A white head leaving little lacing but good curtains. (4.25)
Aroma: Smelling wonderfully sour and funky, stable, leather and horse. (5)
Taste: Starting with a bready sweetness, white vinegar, Sauternes and leather. (4.5)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, small foamy bubbles, fresh texture and medium body, a good dry finish. (4.5)
Overall: A really good geuze. Had really improved in one year. (4.5)

Bottle 750 ml at De Klomp sampling. Vintage 2007-2008.
