Apperance: A clouded amber colored beer. A low off-white head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.25)
Aroma: Smelling of sour vinegar, lemon, yeast, earth and stable. (4.25)
Taste: Tasting sweet bread, sour grapes, clove, concrete and yeast. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a fresh texture. A medium body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Really good, a bit modest, but not all beer needs to scream and shout. (4.25)
