Apperance: A clear reddish brown colored beer. A tan head with good lacing and some curtains. (4)
Aroma: Grass, hay, ripe apples, some old vegetables. (3)
Taste: Tasting of dark bread, red apples, nettles, bitter grass and hay. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a medium coarse texture. A medium body with a very dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: A clean, crisp and rather hoppy, modern brown ale. (3.5)
