Apperance: A dark brown colored beer. A tan head with good lacing and good curtains. (4.5)
Aroma: Smelling of molasses, figs, coffee. (3)
Taste: Tasting dark roasted bread, dried dates, strong coffee and grape-fruit peel. (4)
Palate: Medium high carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very intense, in the black IPA direction. (4)
