Apperance: A foggy amber colored beer. A low off-white head with some lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of burned bread, ripe apples, cardamom and egg yolk. (3.5)
Taste: Tasting brown bread, sweet grape-fruit marmalade, spices and grass. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft texture. A big body with a slightly dry finish. (3.5)
Overall: Very heavy malt character, nut really fused with the hops. (3.5)
