Apperance: A hazy straw colored beer. A white head with small lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: Smelling of vinegar, applea, yeast and stable. (4.5)
Taste: Tasting white bread, fruits - grapes and apples, leather, earth and yeast. (4)
Palate: Medium low carbonation, a soft texture. A medium body with a good dry finish. (4)
Overall: Very refreshing and perky brew, nice with old cheese. (4)
