Apperance: A brownish black colored beer. A light brown head with good lacing and good curtains. (4)
Aroma: The smell is sweet dried plums, figs, coffee and cocoa beans. (4)
Taste: Tasting dark bread, figs and dates, coffee, dark chocolate and some salmiak. (3.5)
Palate: Medium carbonation, a soft and oily texture. A big body with a somewhat dry finish. (4)
Overall: Dark, stout and very fitting with a chocolate cake. (4.5)
